I often get asked what is my favourite venue in Ireland for a corporate event or a wedding… and I have to say I have a real soft spot for the Irish Castle. In-particular Luttrelstown Castle in Co Dublin. It just such a unique venue no matter what your event. I have had the pleasure of working at Luttrelstown Castle so many times as a photographer. Many of the guests who come here are part of destination weddings but also I do a lot of Incentive travel groups from the USA and Canada. The close proximity of the castle to Dublin city centre makes it a great option for a gala dinner. The rooms are also perfect for entertainment of any kind. One of the things I love doing at events like this is taking the couples portraits by one of the many great mantlepieces in the castle and then printing it onsite and presenting it the couples as they depart the castle. This is something so unique for the client and one which they always cherish in an age when we have so few printed photographs anymore. Incentive group travel photography by Roger Kenny.
